What it does

Currently, there are issues regarding the space available in apartments, and having furniture that helps organize objects better within any space is important. Closets designed to be assembled and adjusted without tools

Your inspiration

There is a feature in the Ford Maverick that allows users to purchase accessories according to their needs. This feature called FITS is molded in the plastic component, and the accessories contain the counterpart of that feature so they can be installed where the user requires. I also took inspiration from LEGO, where the users can build anything based on specific bricks designs.

How it works

Through designs that allow assembling two or more components without the need for extra tools, using sliders molded in the same plastic, having three types of pieces, they can be assembled together as they all include the same mechanisms.

Design process

I used SCAMPER to define the possible paths I could take to solve the problem I had identified. Through LEAN CANVAS, I established the problem: -Limited spaces -More sustainable furniture options -Transport for traditional furniture The solution: -Design and assembly w/o tool -Recycled materials -Online customization system

How it is different

The design has the ability to adapt to any space; it is not like models that already have specific specifications. It allows users to attach the modules they need and transport them easily, while also helping the environment. -Modular, sustainable, easy to assemble closets. -Recycled pieces.

Future plans

Develop more modules that can adapt to the existing ones to offer more variety to users. Continue receiving feedback from users to improve the design.
