What it does

Through the built-in temperature control system and pressure distribution sensor, the automatic temperature control mattress can automatically adjust the temperature and support strength of the mattress according to the user's body temperature and weight.


Your inspiration

"Quality sleep is essential for good health. Many people often suffer from temperature discomfort during sleep, which can affect the quality of sleep due to excessive heat in summer and cold in winter. Traditional mattresses do not regulate the temperature and make it difficult to provide a comfortable sleeping environment. In order to enhance the sleeping experience, I decided to design an automatic temperature control mattress that provides the optimal sleeping temperature through innovative temperature control technology and systems. This idea stems from my quest for quality sleep and my love for modern technology. "


How it works

"The automatic temperature control mattress combines efficient heating and cooling technology, a sensing system and an ergonomic control design. The mattress is integrated with a miniature thermoelectric cooling sheet (TEC) and a heating element, which can quickly heat up and cool down through the electrothermal effect of semiconductor materials. The mattress has multiple built-in temperature sensors to monitor the temperature of the mattress surface and the user's contact area in real time to ensure accurate temperature adjustment. The control system uses built-in processors and algorithms to adjust the power of the heating and cooling elements in real time based on sensor data to maintain the set temperature. Users can set the target temperature, heating and cooling mode of the mattress via the touch screen or mobile app.


Design process

"The main material of the automatic temperature control mattress is high-density memory foam, which provides good support and comfort. Memory foam has breathable and antimicrobial properties to ensure hygiene and comfort for long-term use. The mattress is covered with soft, breathable, high-quality fabric to enhance the sleeping experience. The core temperature control function is achieved by a built-in micro heating and cooling module. The heating module uses carbon fiber heating wire to provide uniform and fast heating to ensure warmth and comfort during winter use. The refrigeration module uses semiconductor refrigeration technology to quickly reduce the surface temperature of the mattress, providing a refreshing experience during summer use. The temperature sensor monitors the surface temperature of the mattress in real time, and the intelligent control system automatically adjusts the working status of the heating and refrigeration modules to keep the mattress within the set temperature range.

The high-efficiency temperature control technology and system of the automatic temperature control mattress achieve personalized and precise temperature regulation.
